  3. Personal Data are processed on the basis of a consent submitted by the User, and in the cases when relevant legal regulations authorise the Controller to process personal data under applicable legal regulations or in order to perform a contract concluded between the parties.
  4. The Company can process exclusively the personal data provided freely by data subjects interested in cooperation with us.
  5. The data provided in the contact form shall be processed for the purposes resulting from the function of this form, i.e. in order to carry out the process of the information contact service.
  6. The personal data we have access to shall not be sold nor made available to any third parties, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Personal data are information  about an identified or identifiable natural person.

Your data processed by us have been obtained from you by means of the personal data form. Your personal data are processed electronically and manually, in compliance with the methods and procedures relating to the processing purposes referred to in item 5. Providing personal data in relation to the indicated activities was a condition for each agreement to be concluded as they were necessary for the performance thereof.

  2. Article 6 section 1 letter c GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (e.g. archiving of contracts in order to  fulfil fiscal obligations).
